Two first time guests hugging each other at church

First Time Guest FAQs.

First time guest.

01
What is your church service like?

We sing and we share in a contemporary style, relating the tireless truths of the Bible into our everyday descisions and relationships.

02
What should I wear?

There’s not a specific dress code at Crossroads. Come as you are. You will find people dressed in everything from “Sunday best” to casual dress.

03
What time should I arrive for church?

Church service times are 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the service to have time park and check-in children for their class.

04
Where do I park?

There is designated parking for guests. A parking attendant wearing an orange vest will greet you as you come into the parking lot. Roll your window down to let them know you are new and they will be glad to direct you where to park.

05
Where do I go if I have questions?

On Sundays, go to the Welcome Center located in the Atrium and someone will be happy to help you.

Monday-Friday, you can call the church office at 707-446-9838.

06
I have children do you have something for them? How do I check them in? How do I know they will be safe?

We have classes for infants-6th grade offered at 9:00am and 11:00am. Please see us at the Crossroads Kids kiosks during the 9am and 11:00am services, where we can check in your children, help you find their class, and answer any questions you may have. Your child will be given a name tag and security tag and you will be given a matching tag to pick them up with. Please rest assured that all of our team members have been trained, fingerprinted, and background checked.
